Shipping Information

We process all orders within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Most customers receive their iHappyDog order within 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all dog beds and blankets
Carriers: DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, or AMZ Logistics

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please check with neighbors or household members first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll assist you.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email support@ihappydog.com with a photo of the damage.

We will arrange a replacement or resolution within 24 hours after the delivery is marked as “Delivered”.
