We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

• Items must be clean and free from excessive damage

• Please contact us before sending any item back

• Returned items are inspected upon arrival

Once your return is approved and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us at support@ihappydog.com with:

• a photo of the issue

• your order number

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
Contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange, subject to availability.
