Your order will typically ship using carriers like DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, or AMZ service ensuring prompt delivery to your door.

We strive to process most orders within 1 to 2 business days, with items in stock usually shipped the same day you place your order.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday, or the next business day if Monday falls on a holiday.

Rest assured, we work diligently to get your products to you swiftly and efficiently.

Damages: While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, accidents can happen during transit. If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture of the damage and email it to us at support@ihappydog.com immediately. We will gladly replace any damaged goods within 24 hours of the delivery status being marked as 'Delivered'.
