Refund Policy

At iHappyDog Store, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchases. To accommodate the holiday season, we've extended our return window to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Eligibility:

  • New: Includes unopened products in original packaging and products that have never been used.
    1. Please note that all accessories must be new and unopened to be eligible for refunds. To qualify for a replacement or refund, devices must be in “as new” condition and, if possible, with the original sealed packaging intact. If the accessory is returned for no reason, then we will deduct the return shipping fee from the returned amount.
    2. For all returns, please pay the shipment fee. 
    3. If your device is faulty/DOA, we will reimburse the shipping fee after inspection and confirmation that your device is within warranty. 
        • Used: Includes products that are lightly used or opened.
        • Unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
        • Our extended holiday return period applies to purchases made between December 1st and January 31st.

        Refund Process:

        1. Initiate the return process by contacting our customer support team at support@ihappydog.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.
        2. Once your return request is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging.
        3. Ship the item to:

        Refund Timeline:

        • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll notify you about the status of your refund.
        • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 days.

        Exceptions:

        • Items marked as final sale or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
